Abstract: The scaling of the reconnection electric field in collisionless plasma is discussed in our simulation and we mainly study the relationship between the maximum reconnection rate and the ion inertial length di during the magnetic reconnection process in Hall MHD. Also, the basic concepts of magnetic reconnection and Hall MHD are included in this talk.
