 蔡洪波,研究员,博导,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。北京应用物理与计算数学研究所二室激光等离子体相互作用团队负责人/支部书记,浙江大学物理学院和北京大学应用物理与技术研究中心兼职教授。主要从事激光聚变和高能量密度物理研究,包括激光与等离子体相互作用,ICF黒腔中的动理学效应,流体力学界面不稳定性等,在Nature Physics, Physical Review Letters, Nuclear Fusion等国内外学术刊物上发表论文百余篇。先后主持多项国家重大科技专项项目、国家自然科学基金项目;担任国防基础科研核科学挑战计划“高能量密度科学”领域方向负责人。入选中国工程物理研究院“双百人才工程”,获国防科技工业突出贡献奖(2020年)、于敏数理科学奖(2020年)、“中国光学十大进展”(2020年,排名2)等奖励。兼任某重大科技专项物理实验技术专家组成员、中国工程物理研究院星光III和数拍瓦激光装置用户委员会委员、《Matter and Radiation at Extremes》执行主编、《强激光与粒子束》编委、《计算物理》编委、《物理学报》等四刊青年编委
